as to ownership, and it follows either, that the original declaration is true, in which care all the subrequent

staternents are

false (and such denial on Mir faldwell's part of his

was accused

of being engaged in piratical proceedings) or else, the statements as to Machowtvory being the principal and managing orover are true, in which case Mir faldwell stands convicted by his own

showing of having made a false declaration for
